✿ Letter Mail: Please select this option for US/International orders containing ONLY Stickers and Art Prints. Your package will be sent to you through postage stamp, and will arrive within 4-7 days (US) and 7-14 days (Intl.)

✿ Package Mail: Please select this option for US/International orders containing STATIONERY such as: enamel pins, keychains, notepads, and washi tapes Your package will be shipped to you through USPS First Class and will arrive within 1-4 weeks.
UK, EU, + NZ ORDERS
United Kingdom: Due to the 2021 VAT Rules, we are unable to support orders to the UK at this time.
Europe: Orders going to the European Union will be held at customs until any import taxes are covered. We are not responsible for this charge, and kindly ask that you cover the VAT tax for your specific country.
New Zealand: Due to the suspension of USPS tracked mail to New Zealand, we are unable to support your orders at this time.

✿ How long does it take for my order to be processed?
Please allow 5-7 days for order processing as I am just one person! Thank you for your understanding :)
✿ What should I do if my order is missing?
Once your package is dropped off at USPS, it is unfortunately out of our hands. Please contact USPS with your tracking # so that they can provide some assistance.
✿ Can I refund my order?
As long as your package has not been shipped, we are happy to issue a refund for you. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed.
✿ What should I do if my order is returned to made by malin?
If your order has been returned, please check to make sure that you have provided a correct deliverable address. For US/Intl. Tracked Mail, we are happy to re-send your package, however, you must cover the shipping fee. In any case, please refer to our Contact page for assistance!
